Self Love and Care - An Elemental Yin Yang Yoga Journey
Join Canadian yoga teacher and author Erin Aquin for a Yin Yang practice centered around the Fire organ - the Heart. In this two hour workshop you will move through an invigorating Flow practice designed to open and strengthen your body and mind. This will be followed by a sequence of Yin postures to help integrate and ground your energy before a nourishing savasana. The workshop will include a short discussion on Elemental Yin Yang philosophy and how to use it to improve your self-care on and off the mat.
